ORDERS

1. The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?      
We’re sorry that the item(s) you want is currently not available. If you enter your email address to our notification list, we will notify you when the item you want is back in stock.

2. How can I track my order(s)?    
Once your order is shipped, an automated email will be sent to the email address you provided us, letting you know the tracking number and estimated delivery time. The items in stock are usually shipped within the next business day.  


PAYMENTS
1. What forms of payment does Sanida Carroll accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for all orders.

2. Does Sanida Carroll accept international credit cards?
We accept international credit cards with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express logo on it. Please be advised that although we accept international credit cards, the international shipping and returns are not free. We charge the international shipping at a variable rate, starting at $30, and we do not accept the international returns.  
 
RETURNS

1. I want to return my purchase. How do I proceed?
For domestic orders, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Sanida Carroll, you can return your item(s) for a full refund anytime within 15 days upon the delivery date (returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). Contact us at info@sanidcarroll.com or 1-855-615-6616 to provide your full name and order number. We will send you a pre-paid return label via email and refund your money through the original method of payment once we have received and inspected the returned item(s). For international customers, including Alaska and Hawaii customers, please refer to Return - Question 3 below. 2. I want to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I start?
We're sorry that your gift did not work for you. Any gifts being returned will be refunded to the purchaser's original method of payment; you cannot obtain a store credit for a returned gift item. However, we can process a gift exchange for another item. If you wish to process a gift exchange, please call the Sanida Carroll Customer Service Team at 1-855-615-6616 for assistance before making a return. 

3. How can I return my international order?
Please be advised that although we accept international orders and provide international shipping, we do not accept international returns or exchanges at this moment.
4. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once the returned item(s) is received and inspected (usually within the next business day of receipt) your refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that depending on your payment method or credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your refund is processed for it to be reflected on your account.
